Delivery times

Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed, normally within 1–2 working days. Typical delivery is 3–5 working days in the UK, 7–14 working days worldwide. You will receive a confirmation email immediately and tracking details as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Where we ship

Nailvyn ships worldwide. All prices are charged in pounds sterling (£). Any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may apply in your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong or damaged orders

If a parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email support@nailvyn.net with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Email support@nailvyn.net with your order number within 60 days of delivery to request a refund — even if the bottles are empty. Refunds go back to your original payment method and are usually processed within 5 working days.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 working days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
